Journey's Beginning for Coco Charlize

In Our travels, We have spent many an early morning either coming from - or going to - an airline terminal.
This morning, Teri finds herself readying President Furrydance Colours Cove for her travels to her new home in Houston, her new Mommy ML and her new sobriquet of Coco Charlize Taylor-Sherwood.

Coco Charlize dressed in one of her
                                                 lovely ensembles for her travels

"Coco" will be travelling aboard ID#239 in Continental Airline's fleet of Boeing 737-800's. This noble aircraft has, in the past 24 hours, traveled many miles. It arrived at Reagan National Airport (DCA) last night at 21:43 (9:43p.m.) as flight CO1591 from Houston's Bush International Airport, fondly known among We Air Traffic Controllers as "IAH". Now, aircraft #239 found itself in Houston having originated earlier on Sunday in Chicago's O'Hare Airport (ORD) as Flight CO547. Now, CO547 began it's Sunday in Houston, arriving in Chicago as flight CO1646.

Got that?
Good. That makes at least one of Us.

Later this morning, we shall begin our tracking of Madame President's Flight "In Real Time", monitoring altitude, weather conditions, in-flight entertainment and possibly an early brunch with Madame President and her travel companions. While bittersweet, as Colours Cove departs her Meomie Teri and extended family at Furrydance, once airborne, she becomes her new persona, Coco Charlize, the newest member of the Sherwood Family. As We have come to learn from TRH Prince Brutus and Princess Marigold, felines of Texas possess a certain "joie de vivre" truly unlike anywhere else.

It is with the Greatest Pleasure and indeed, Honour to serve as The Official Air Traffic Controller for today's joyful new life's adventure for Mommy ML, Daddy Charley and The Sherwood Cats as they welcome the pretty petite young LadyCat Now to be Known as Coco Charlize.

We shall commence reports In Real Time beginning 07:30.

Until then, We remain,

The Airborne Royals, signing off for now.

Just talked to Teri and little Coco is on the plane, snuggled in a brand new pink fleece blankie.
We are getting ready to leave and take Auntie Deb to the doctor for a quick check up and then on to the airport.
We will be phoning reports in to Rose as needed, although we promised the first call after we get Coco would be to Teri.
This is such an exciting day...
